Position Description – PhD In clinical science:

The role will provide a great deal of practical experience in the research of child and adolescent psychology in an interactive and supportive lab setting.

Research assistants (RAs) in the ReACH Lab are a crucial part of the studies.project that are carried out. They can be assigned the following duties:

Participant Interaction:

Turning research sessions and helping with scheduling and collecting data of participants.

Screening & Recruitment:

Making phone screening and participant recruiting.

Administrative Support:

To complete clerical and organizational support of lab operations.

Training & Development:

Sessions of research and professional training in terms of attending training, workshops, and weekly lab meetings.

Research Support:

helps in developing, revising and translating study materials.

Scholarly Investment

Interested and dedicated RAs may have a chance to make their contributions to the conference presentations and manuscript preparation.

Qualifications for PhD – PhD In clinical science

To be considered for this fully funded PhD position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Applicants must be a graduate pursuing a PhD degree in psychology and interested in research associated with adolescent development and mental health. Effective Research assistants are characterized with:

  • It is encouraged that the student has a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher in a 5.0 grading system.

  • Applicants must be ready to dedicate at least one year to the lab for the course of the project.
  • Applicants are expected to dedicate about 10 hours a week.
  • Must be present for the Weekly lab meetings.
  • Has to be qualified to participate in research or internship credits during the academic term/s of participation.

  • The must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate and collaborate with a variety of individuals including, peers, managers, study participants, adolescents, and parents
