Dell Scholarship Award 2026 ~ Eligibility Criteria                                                        

To be considered for the Dell scholarship program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a senior in high school who will graduate this academic year from a U.S. high school that has earned accreditation.
  • Plan to enrol on a full-time program at an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Have completed their junior and senior years (grades 11 and 12) in an authorised college preparatory program. Upward Bound, AVID, and other initiatives on the Dell Scholars website are a few examples.
  • Applicants must prove their need for money by becoming eligible for a Federal Pell Grant during their first year of study.
  • A minimum GPA of 2.4 on a 4.0 scale should be maintained.

How to Apply for the Dell Scholarship

To apply for a scholarship from the Dell Scholars program, the first step is to fill out the online application form. 

Once submitted, all applications will be assessed, and a group of finalists will be selected and announced on the 1st of March 2026. Following the announcement, you will find out if your application has been accepted as a finalist.

If you are among the finalists, you will be asked to submit the following items:

  • Transcripts from high school
  • FAFSA’s Student Aid Report (SAR)
  • Online suggestion

The deadline for submitting the necessary paperwork is May 15, 2026. After the information is submitted, it will be reviewed by the selection committee. 2026 Dell Scholarship – Overview

The Dell Scholarship Program is a full college completion program established in 1999 by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. It acknowledges students who have faced major challenges in their academic endeavours. 

Every year, the Dell Scholars program chooses 500 high school seniors from low-income backgrounds. Each student is awarded with financial support worth $20,000 to pay for tuition. paying for housing, textbooks, and other college costs for six years.
